- Tim Ladner Added September 25, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Brought an iPhone 5S in for a screen replacement and had to return 3 times after the original replacement to get it properly fixed. Terrible customer service and clearly worse technician capabilities. Save your money and go to apple. The owner and managers should genuinely have a look at how they not only 'repair' the products they are supposedly 'fixing', but also how they deal with customers, especially ones who have to return 3 times. It was an embarrassing example of how not to run a business. Cheers guys for wasting my time and money.
